If you have a sintering block with a flat bottom milled as part of the file you can also sinter the arch standing up, vertically.

You will need a furnace with a larger muffle such as MihmVogt or Dekema. If you outsource the sintering you should also look for someone that simters large hybrids using the same zirconia.

Check the high temp. Many of the new materials require 1550 and I think the P1 may not get there. If not, I think it's a deal breaker as it will eliminate many zirconia choices. We should only but furnaces that go to 1560 or higher.
