I used to have some clients that had that way of thinking.....please note the word USED.....Its sad for the patients paying good money and receiving crap.I also believe its a bad longterm business plan since all it will do is make you replaceable by someone who will offer the same thing cheaper.
I am very happy with our imes and roland machines. The imes gives great emax results
We do mill zirconia part of hybrids with roland you should ask your distributor to help you
If it seems to be to good to be true it generally is! Metal milling is another game 10 min? I would love to witness that! maybee it does in fact do it but what will the fit be like?
Would you mind posting a macro pic of a printed model with a formlab printer? What accuracy are you getting and what materials are you using that you have found are best?
Do you need to light cure after prints?
Thanks;)
I'm glad it finally worked out for you Raffi.
Imes are great machines when working properly but you are right it is difficult to get support from them. You are right about their strategies didn't work for us neither we had to rewrite all of them to get them to our standards.
We are also very...
Not personal guys! I charged him for some remakes cause i was tired of sh...t impressions even after having called for every case expressing the difficulties i forsaw.

I am positive he's getting better marginal integrity now with his cerec .... BangheadAs well...
I had a client who called me up one day to ask for furnace and glazing advice after buying a cerec.

We lost a 35000$/year account when they started making abutments for sirona digital impressions.
They send custom abutment back to dr and cerec dr makes an emax over it.
Lets cut out the middle man mentality!
Anyways good ridance to that type of clientele.
For all othet cases we have...
Porosity is difficult to pinpoint it could be a number of things as mentionned previously, moisture control, sand in sandblaster etc.
Try grinding your restoration and see where the porosity starts is it from alloy or after opaque then you will have an idea if its maybee an alloy contamination...
For larger cases or ones we have doubts we have prototypes tried in.This step helps us determine if our tissue mods are realistic and comfortable for patient (cleaning, pressure, aesthetics)
Our clients then can confirm and communicate by griding or adding if necessary then we replicate what was...
Thanks guys I made my decision I am getting the ep 5000 with the 300 gram pressing system. Now I can do both press emax and over press large span bridges when needed and I thought it won't be bad for when the new multilayered ingots for emax come to Canada
thanks once again to all.

If I am not mistaken the sprinkle technique is another way of making a dentin wash firing.
Instead of building a thin layer and baking, what you can do is apply glazing liquid on the surface that you want to layer, dip your dry brush in some porcelain, sprinkle on the wet surface and bake. It...
I am sure that being an ivoclar furnace it must press emax beautifully but what about other systems made to press over metal or zirconia have you ever tried and if so what is the max span you have pressed with this furnace? That is really my dilemma compared with the dekema that can press with...
