Getting into digital... it seems that the only advocates of Digital Denture fabrication are the manufacturers. Don't believe everything you hear about it just yet.
Densply gothic arch/intra oral pintracer is fine and reusable. 99 bucks for disposable pin tracers? (See my avatar for appropriate reaction). That being said I rarely use them, mostly because you can get a decent bite if you are patient.
This is an implant case. Don't waste any more time trying to get it to fit, not gonna happen. I suggest a milled bar with locators (four would be perfect). Make sure you tell the patient that this is a "bone problem" not a "denture problem". Don't fall for the "my old denture doesn't fall out...

Stop messing about, take 20 minutes and reline it with Tokyama rebase. Nothing beats a direct fit with a really good material. Read directions and follow them to the letter. This stuff works. If it still falls out, then put some adhesive powder on the denture, wet it and insert. Sometimes the...
Both techniques don't even come close to permanant fixture with relief spacing. I've done them all, and nothing beats four implants with the denture fixed in place with retentive hardware.
