I have been having the same problem for the last few months. On exocad, the occlusion is designed open and the IP is high. But after milling and sintering, the crown has a high occlusion and open IP... Is this a scan issue? or milling issue? I use MEDIT scanner, exocad, millbox, and a roland...

Hi! They recommended ST liquids for darker shades (more absorption). But I tried 60 sec HT liquid and it came out a bit darker than when I do 30 sec, so we are doing that for now. Thank you for checking in!

Hello! I have a problem matching shades with Argen HT liquids. The copings are coming out a shade brighter (i.e. A1 comes out as A shade in bleach / A2 comes out as A1, etc.) I let the green state zirconia sit in the liquid for 30 seconds. Has anybody run into the same problem? Any advice...

We finetune margins post sinter also.

What is the best temp cement to bond Zirconia crown onto titanium abutment?

We use 70 as well.

I had the same problem years ago. Turns out, my alloy was contaminated. Used brand new alloy and problem was fixed. Also added some chill vents on thicker areas to avoid bubbling.
