Signed up to be encode powered lab and been having too many issues

Has anyone else encountered the analogs have a play in the model. I’m currently using real guide to decode. I have played with their settings to max tightness with no luck. Problems are more with 3i analogs than they are with zimmers. 3i certains all rotate 1-2 degrees.

Anyone else having trouble with implant libraries not showing up on the list. Everything has been downloaded and in correct folders. Exocad just not recognizing it. Can’t load correct scan bodies.

What is the strength on that zirconia? Cantilever bridge with high trans zirconia even anterior has never worked for me. I’ve found using 1200mpa designed well with good cutback much stronger than Full contour with high translucent. Case looks great.

Lol I grinded my ass off at 2/5 borgata all summer when I was jobless. Saved up 25k. Used that to buy basic equipment. I had junk furnaces handpieces ect. Guess it was meant to be. I could’ve took 25k entered the big boy wsop but this more stable :) Another tip for direct marketing go in teams...

Don’t listen Jason D. I started my lab 8 years ago with poker winning from Atlantic City. I have sales background before technical. Now I do over 500 cases a month and one full mouth a week. Tell you honestly you need one dr that has some pull to push your lab. Of course quality has to be good...

Any state that allows denturists to see patients directly wouldn’t be a problem. Only handful in USA.

I haven’t done real marketing in 5+ years. If your work is good and your a new lab usually docs try to refer you that’s 100% sale when you get a referral. I’ve grown my lab by pushing docs to spread the word worked great for me. I’m not sure the quality you put out

They do aweful designs every case I have them email me the design before mill. they Don’t recheck on the model either. Every case I get back stone keeps ti abuts from seating down. Very sloppy. Abutments are too polished. Have to blast every ti abutment or crowns keep coming off.

Next time just outscource to a good milling company with fast return times. Dentcore reallly good. Anything chips they’ll remill for you. 3 unit bridge can use lava esthetics especially for anteriors.

51d with hyper dent has been very good to me I run 2 at my office. Never had big issues small stuff somehow worked itself out. Everything you can change out on your own spindle to belt

Of course I only do sectioned jigs. They all go down one at a time then luted. It’s all made one piece then sectioned. After that cut remove put down one at a time and luted. Haven’t had any problems for years

I guess this thread gonna turn into something else now. I grabbed full mouth upper and lower today. Since this is first try os upper 6 implants lower 6. I went and took impressions first, very quickly with closed impression copings to make sectioned verification jig. Went to os with 6 scanbodies...
