I use both ways, mill e.max everything from second premolar toward posterior, and mill wax and press anteriors, much faster then waxing, also, someone was saying something about 6 veneers in one ingot, I milled 6 veneers in 2 c14 blocks. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
