    Vita Zyrcomat 6000 MS error

Hi, I've got a problem with my Vita Zyrcomat 6000 MS sintering furnace. After each cycle I get an error message saying power supply fan error and I can't get rid of the error message by pressing [x] or [ok] so I need to switch the furnace off and on again. The firing cycle is still working...

    Steinbichler ST1 and Exocad

Actually I am not sure if it will work as the cracked version would have to have the Steinbichler module activated. In my Exocad version the dongle had to be updated with the Steinbichler licence as well to be able to use the module. If you try to use the cracked version you are likely to be...

    FCZ UNDER 5 MINUTES

That's interesting how fast you guys can mill a crown. In my old lab we had an VHF that milled a crown in 10-15 min. My Imes 250i with a 5axis enabled in SUM3D mills a crown in 25-35 min. However the quality of the crowns are way superior compared to the VHF. The anatomy looks beautiful and they...

imes-icore COREiTEC 350i Review - Dental Tech Tips

I have the Imes Icore 250i, its a ca. 3.5 year old machine and the plastic case is falling apart, see my post for more information. The milling results are very good, but the build quality of the machine is not very nice, so I would not recommend it.

    Imes Icore 250i falling apart

It's mysterious as the liquid does not have any warning signs like an acid warning on it, but somehow all the plastic it touches in the machine got brittle and dissolved the glue. Even the lamp on top lost it's cover twice.

I own it since one year, but I worked and know on this machine since it is half a year old.

    Imes Icore 250i falling apart

I have a problem with my Imes Icore 250i milling machine. The glue that holds the plastic parts together seems to dissolve due to the contact with the mill liquid. At first the liquid tray fell apart and at some point I had to reglue all the parts of the tray. The plastic of the tray became so...

Screen1 by drstranger posted Apr 18, 2018 at 11:50 PM Screen2 by drstranger posted Apr 18, 2018 at 11:50 PM As you can see after I tried to attach the hole there is only the contour of the attachment left, but the hole has been filled.

    Designing a hole in Exocad

That's what I did, but there is no 'allow any changes' option. After I attach the cylinder it is closed.

    Designing a hole in Exocad

Ok, but how can I can I then make holes in a crown or onlay with this build? I am trying to make the holes in the merged restoration. @Ken Knapp: I am doing this for crowns for my lab, but these jobs are for a client where I am only designing and sending him the design back for milling in metal...
