Even though it doesn't look the same the re-positional analog still fits. I had the same issue with them and argued for days. Printed one to see what would happen, fits better in my opinion. We were snapping models with the old model style.
Apparently, we found out that Intra-Lock doesn't have "5-10k" clearance so no one will mill those abutments. They did say that some companies may do it though.
Awesome!!! I tried but the tech was at lunch and the lady said he would be the one to know. What kind of scan bodies would we need and where can we get the DME?
I have called all over and even had the people at Intra-Lock tell me that they didn't even know who milled them. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
Has anyone had any luck with designing tissue or insertion guides in 3shape? We have been doing tests lately and I have had some turn out great, but others don't turn out at all due to weird limitations or errors that don't explain why it didn't work. Is there any videos that helps explain these...
You can also adjust the bite as close as you can and optimize. This can help, but it isn't completely accurate 100% of the time but you can get really close. Unless there is a scan body present in the scan. In that case I would avoid optimizing because it will try to articulate to the top of the...
Right on! We are indeed. There were some learning curves, but nothing too crazy. I know they had trouble learning how to align the bite registration to the impression scans but it didn't take long to figure it out. I know I've been happy with it and I'm pretty positive I can vouch for the lab...
We use the 3shape D2000 scanner for impressions. As for our model printers, all I know is that they are carbon 3d printers. Not too familiar with the machine since I rarely leave my corner lol
It's a lot easier building models from impression scans than building models from digital scans doctors...
Yes I'm in the US and yes, it's been a while, but I have. They just returned my call and explained that Osstem is the Korean parent company to Hiossen. Now it's all making since
I had this scan come in and the Dr is saying it is a Osstem TS Regular. My problem is that I can not get anyone to give me a straight answer as to what my digital solution is? Is it compatible with anything? I tried to contact Osstem but it redirected me to Hiossen and they acted like they had...
