    Repairing Keysplint Soft Splints

At that point usually we just reprint. Repairing works but its not ideal and usually you can see the repair. If its within our warranty time we just save time by reprinting it.

    Stratasys J5 DentaJet

Sucks you have had bad experiences, when we first got our 260 (8 years ago or so now) we did have some hiccups but learned with the technicians how to fix the machine and do a bunch of preventative maintenance to keep it running smooth. For the multi material we don't use it a whole lot...

    Stratasys J5 DentaJet

We have a J5 and 2 J3 printers and we use and love them (To be transparent we are now also distributors of these printers, but we own stratasys printers way before we partnered with them). Originally had 1 Eden machine then went to 2 and then upgraded to a J5 when it was released. The build...

    Looking for a new Printer

We currently use Stratasys, Origin, FormLabs, Rapidshape and Asiga printers. For ortho models you have a big range to choose from, origin has a good price per model but the printer itself is pretty pricey. I would second Asiga as a great machine (We have the 4k max) its fast and give good...

    Clear Aligner pricing structure

We do priced singles and then into 1 of 3 tiers depending on the amount of aligners. So a few aligners aren't getting a tiered discount but once you move into more aligners we offer the tiers.

    3D PRINTED NG AND WARRANTY

Our go to is increasing the occlusal distance but also increasing the functional ramp angle to disclude more severely on cases that we see cracking on. we float around 5-10° of ramp angulation but on close contacting teeth sometimes we push the angle up to 15 or 20°, sometimes even further.

    Help. old download link

You might be able to find an older version somewhere on the internet but your resellers should be the ones to provide you with the version you purchased. Exocad support might decline but your reseller should be able to give you what you paid for.

Is it worth it to get a printer?

I think the shared sentiment by most is that the industry is going more and more digital so unless you adapt early you will find yourself losing work just because of accessibility. Some doctors will take the plunge and switch to full digital and soon enough won't even be able to take physical...

    Digital Model Charge Per Arch

Yeah going to check them out for sure! It could be nice for the bulk ortho models as our biggest issue is material cost. Not that its overly expensive, and we charge for it but if we can reduce the cost to filament cost it would be really nice for those.

    Digital Model Charge Per Arch

Damn thats good to know, and if in the end it works then even better haha, I haven't used filament printers almost at all so its coming as a surprise that there are some more accurate than I expected.

    Digital Model Charge Per Arch

Makes sense, we have a similar setup were lower accuracy, lower cost printers/materials for ortho, removables, antagonists and basically anything that does not need sub 50 microns accuracy.

    Digital Model Charge Per Arch

Do you find you get good quality out of the filament printers? Or are you printing like antagonist and less accurate models with that printer? What printer are you using? If you don't mind me asking I couldn't imagine it would be suitable for preps and implants, but hey would love to be told...

    Digital Model Charge Per Arch

We price depending on if its with a product or not, no product its somewhere in the 40$ per arch or so, quadrant or full. If its with a product we charge around 20-30 per arch. Best course is usually weight the material used, take that cost in resin +10% for post processing resources, +20% for...

If you want the networked database to load in each Exocad make sure that the file path output and file name output match against all the other PC or you will need to manually load them into each exocad and it will be saved in a different format.

    3Shape Dental System 2023

I find that now whenever you go out of your way to get the extended warranty you never end up using it but when you don't get it as soon as the manufacturing warranty ends it breaks. Its a vicious cycle.

Exocad Ultimate Upgrade offer exp. 12/31/23

For a majority of the time if there is a "Deal" going on it will be the same deal across all resellers. If that extends between Countries I am not sure.

Exocad Ultimate Upgrade offer exp. 12/31/23

As an Exocad reseller in part I can confirm the amount would depend on how many modules are missing.

    3Shape Dental System 2023

My pleasure, that was specifically for the Aligner module so I am not 100% if its the same setup for the model but thats where the test machine is nice to test and try the new features before revamping you database. I am in the same boat using a year old version for Appliance Designer and Ortho...
