I've seen a couple hexes on an internal connection snap off, and a handful of screws snap over the last 30+ years in the biz. Always due to occlusion, even instructed the hygienists/Docs to check implant crown occlusion when the patients come in for their recall/routine cleanings. What happens...
They are forcing Docs to get the DSCore, had a Doc last week that has sent us scans through. cerec connect for years and they shut him down, wouldn't allow him to send it that way anymore, had to get DSCore. Had some primescan folks jump over as well in the last couple weeks as well.
We created a "network" folder, mapped all the pc's too it for this reason. Works great n and allows us to move big files in an instance for everyone connected to view. Even more helpful with multiple mills or printers going.

Always a risk of bubbling/blowing up of porcelain but leave in oven at idle temp for a weekend, at least one full day....then cross your fingers, do your lucky dance and pray the PFM Gods love you that day!!! All you can do.
I have one, actually like it much better than the Roland's. Uses hyperdent cam software. Very fast, twice as fast as 53dci and 52...which is really nice but my favorite is the quality of restorations produced, much cleaner in aidite than Roland. Now some might make an argument that's the cam...
