Is there any way to make Molloplast B cure stiffer? Patient wants it to grab the ridge undercut tighter. My assumption is that the hardness is a property of the material itself, and that curing it longer wouldn't increase the hardness. One other idea would be to relieve the stone on the model...
Hi, everyone. I have a new case waiting on me that introduces a conundrum. I haven't seen it yet, but it's a partial frame that has cast-in attachment receptacles that mate to a bridge with Xpdent VS3 attachments. I've never seen these, but the Dr. says they don't make analogs for the...
Hello folks, I'm about to Ivocap process a partial with Bredent ball type attachment matrices in the framework, and I wonder if the rubber/plastc they're made of can handle being boiled. Will they be reusable or need replacing? Thanks!
I just got a case to reline, and it has some sort of suction producing one-way valves in it. It's an upper with no palate. The Doctor wants a palate added in, but wants the valves saved. Can those valves handle being boiled for 35 minutes?

Does anyone have any idea how to price:
Flasks w/associated plastic parts,
Clamp...
I'm confused about what percentage of BaSO4 I need for a scan guide. I have read everything I can find, but the percentages vary from 10 to 30% in the teeth and 3 - 15% in the base. This is for a cone-beam CT scanner. The Dr. doesn't know either, but he does want a dual gradient. I hear...
Do any of you have experience using FiberForce with Ivocap processing? Specifically, how to anchor the stuff to the model and how to place the sprue. I can imagine the thick, stiff acrylic plastering the mesh right to the investment or to the model!
Any thoughts on how necessary or...
I'm getting close to doing my first Ivocap reline, and I have some questions.
1. I've been searching this forum, and see that a silicone putty of some kind with a hardness of about 85 is recommended. I have some Pearson lab putty sitting around. Will that work?
2. How thick, and...
