    Flexible Material With Gaskets incorporated.

Yea well let the doc know we would have to have the flexi made with full buccal flange, thick enough to be able to prep the intaglio surface all around the natural dentition to accommodate the gasket without losing gasket support

    Flexible Material With Gaskets incorporated.

Wanted to see if anyone has successfully integrated soft material into flexible partial here. The doctor would like gaskets on 13 and 15 while minimizing clasp on 10. Keystone Industry Question

Always experimenting. One of the most fun things in being a technician. I try to put my efforts and thoughts into my cases as if it were my own loved one. Whatever makes it look better and fit better all translates to happy patients. If it makes it bit easier on me that's always a plus i'll take.:)

    Keystone Industry Question

I like repairing with the Ivobase material on Diamond D and Ivocap matches well and the acrylic is stackable. Easier for me to sculpt. probase is great as well but a bit to runny for me and color is not as on point as I would like.

    Silicone soft liner

Apologies I misread the post. Scotch brite brushes for sure. I like keystones. They offer coarse, medium and fine. I like to put mine in ice water so it becomes more rigid and easy to work with. I have heard of techs using spray refridgerants as well.

    Silicone soft liner

I prefer Molloplast B for a true permant soft lining. It can be tricky to deal with per finishing polishing. As long as everything is waxed perfect and adequate material is used your good to go. The most frustrating thing with the material for me is the primer drying time and curing time. But if...

Injecting Astron 1180 in the Ivobase unit.

Thank you for all the great input. Yes, I was just trying to come up with a quicker process for my hypo cases without out the packing curing etc with the astron. Thank you all.

Injecting Astron 1180 in the Ivobase unit.

Astron told me that they have a metal cartridge that can inject Astron 1180. We didnt delve into deep discussion on this they just mentioned it to me. Is anyone here familiar with this procedure. I currently just press packed my hypo cases. I have also read that fricke seems to offer a reusable...
