Am asking can Ney vacuum pump be used together with Ivoclar EP600 combi furnace.

If it’s like the 3000 I have, the pump run continuous through the program and I would be concerned, the oil pump not made
to run that long.
I’m assuming you are speaking of the “oil” super vac.

Both styles of Ney pumps are capable of continuous use.

Vacuum is vacuum. There are much stronger vac pumps that will pull vac faster, like a...

...but any will work. Zubler makes a strong unit as well.

You could just go to the max with a huffer truck used to suckstart TurboJet engines and know it'll handle anything.

In the 90’s I used refrigerator compressors that looked like the oil pump from ney with my first press oven. The cost was $69. Then I heard of stories where the oil could back blow into the muffle. There goes the savings:banghead:. I then got oiless.

My worry is that what if the pump cannot work in hand with the furnace.

Then take a chance on a remake. Sure you’ll be fine......Or spend big bucks now.
