wieland mini.. the disc wont flip during milling

The mill wont flip the disc during milling to mill the internal side.
It will "complete" the job without an error. but it doesnt return the fixture to basic position.
what could be the cause?

is this a new strategy you received? the strategy is the thing that tells the machine what to do, how fast to go, and those kinds of things. if this is a new strategy it could explain your troubles.

if it isn't, then maybe you want to examine your machine with a more fine tooth comb; when its not running use the controls to turn the puck over manually. if it doesn't respond, you have a machine problem, if it does respond, you've got a strategy problem. either way you will need to call your machine support.

not a new strategy.
this happened with two different nestings. when i shut the machine off and on again it will reference and return to basic. i have reached out to machine support just wanted to hear from others that have had a similar issue
