Milling our first PMMA in house. With pre-shaded pucks, is there any staining necessary or do they just need a polish?

All depends on the level you are reaching for. We still stain preshaded zirconia for the same reason.

PMMA can look really nice, especially with the gradient PMMA, don't give them something nicer than the zirconia you may be doing.

GC Optiglaze for me, they also do alight cure version of Lustre paste.

Quick polish, GC Optiglaze next. Looks great and it's simple. Had one doc complain that the temps were too good- patient was in no hurry to get finals.
