How do you get the surface texture that realistic?

I am using some fine diamond burs and try to mic nature. Also hand polishing is a must

Do You use diamond polishing compound and pamis if needed afterward. You mentioned rubber wheel, what brand?and what brand of diamond polishing compound do you like? I use Matrix it gives nice luster instead of glassy look, but the compound is pink in color, so if you have some pits in the surface, it's a problem. Thanks for inspiring:)

Hello , cubic zirconia is a super translucent zirconia. Around 600 MPA instead of 1000-1200 of HT zirconia

Hey everyone, single central over a zirconia core, layered with Creation ZiCT. Close, not 100% but I think it blends in well

Hopefully the tissue settles down interproximally, maybe after about 10-15 minutes?

Yup, it settled after a while . I pushed gingiva a bit there for the emergency profile, and as you can see the dentist didn’t work for it as he refused my laboratory provisional . I hope to see the patient again in a month or so but I wouldn’t hold my breath

[/IMG] Hey everyone, here is another single central, most likely the most difficult tooth I have done in my career. Zirconia core over a zirconia custom abutment, layered with Creation ZiCT

Incredible work.

What did you use, do, for the Inc 1/3rd, to get the low value without it being transparent? It's backed up with dentine, right, then what, TI5 + E60?

Now that you've done this case, everything else will seem easier..that is until you get your next hardest case...it's out there, just waiting for you, Drizzt :D

Thank you !!
I used a mix of TI3 and TI4 1:1 ,backed with dentine as you say, PS0 for the white area and HT 56 for the neck. Then on the second bake, I added some G7 on my mix, PS0 for the white area, and HT 54 for the neck. Covered everything with SI-06, no enamel used

Since the tooth has now translucency on the insical, I had dentine all the way to the top . Also G7 is a powder from the gingiva kit of creation, it is purple

Thanks for the helpful reply, your Inc was more interesting than I thought. I haven't used the standard Inc straight for years, always mixing them with SIs 1:1, then with other translucents as needed.
