Having a problem sometimes when models come back printed and the analogues dont "click" into place, other times perfect

talk to the model manufacturer, who knows what kind of things they are modifying just to get it to print.

Hi we print all our implant cases in house, and when we get cases not clicking in or loose we calibrate the 3D printer and reprint the 3D model in question. 3D printing we've learned is super touchy and if they don't get calibrated often fit get whacky really fast. theres my 2cents hope this helps :)

If you don`t change the data about analog to model spacing in Model build.I think the problem is in print model.But you need to check 2 prints.
1.the analog can't be too slanted.
2.different company`s analog need different data.You need to do tests to determine the correct data
