Hello!

What burs are you using with roland (I have dwx-52dc but it should not matter) to mill composite - diamond coated zirconia burs? I am thinking about milling GC Cerasmart. Also how long is tool lifetime milling composite?

We use diamond coated to mill trinia in our roland.
Do they have any long term composite material to bond to Trinia in 98mm pucks?

I assume GC Cerasmart comes in block form and must use a grind tool path like emax rather than a mill tool path for discs. They look similar to Celtra Duo. You will need to use di burs with this milling strategy.

You must use hybrid tools, not diamond.
ZDB-100D-HY for 2mm, ZDB-50D-HY for 1mm, and ZDB-30D-US
