I just spoke with a jeweler/reseller of the solidscape machine. He said the company has consistantly improved on their software. He has used solidscape for the past 20 years. Yes, he felt the system was slow. However, he also felt the quality of the material after printing was currently the best on the market. Also, that they have worked out all bugs due to not constantly coming out with new systems, and focusing on fixing software of they system they started with. Im not as interested in printing thin, unsupported copings as the others seem. So far, the only downside seems to be the speed. With proper protocol, maybe the speed wouldn't be such an issue?
        My two cents ... :)
