1. check the surface your mill sits on, ensure it isn't a wobbly table
2. check your air pressure and moisture content
3. check that your pucks are tight in the fixture and not wobbly
4. check the age of your tools, examine under a scope for small defects or issues with the cutting edge
5. as this is a roland, check the tension on your pulleys and belts
6. nest a cube and measure the output with calipers to determine if there's an inaccuracy in X Y or Z that can be resolved with a calibration.

im not sure about the 52 as i have a 51, but we had to replace some of the screws used to tighten the clamp around the puck. they were coming loose during milling and causing a similar issue all of a sudden

It's checked I also changed the spindle and sent a piece to mill in order to test, And the result was exactly the same, broke in the same places like before for the same piece. The burs are new. The machine has broken 3 new .6mm burs.

Roland has the same outcome no matter the table it sits. I had table that was screwed to the stone wall and now have tables with wheels. No difference.

Hi i have experience on this mill. When you replace your bur you put the bur upside down of the bur holder. The reason for it is the spindle cannot hold the bur properly with the side without the magnet.

Hi @tehnik , It's weard, today the machine milled The first 2 crowns perfectly. Then whe change the discs and send the same pieces to mill and the machine broke the 2 pieces in the margins. The spindle is brand new.

Hello @rivfordental. My name is Jane Qi, the customer service specialist for DGSHAPE Global.

From cam side, the images, you’re likely having collisions but there’s no way to be certain with images along. Either the tools you’re loading in the machine are different from what you’re selecting in the CAM softward or it could just need an update. Check with your dealer to make sure you’re running the most up to date version and configuration.

From the machine side, the texture as shown in the photos we call it vibration line. It is mainly caused by vibration, but what causes the vibration needs to be checked step by step. Spindle, tools, screw guide clearance, speed and feed coordination, table stability, etc. are all possible. Please make sure your base or the table where your machine located is secured and makes no vibration when the machine is milling. Update your Vpanel(version 4.1.1) as well as firmware to the latest version and mill again. If the vibration line still exists, please contact your reseller to have a check.

Which reseller are you currently working with? I would like to connect you with a reseller that would be able to best assist you. Thank you. 🌹

Try the ball axis it’s on the right side I’m sure I had similar issues and the Rolland engineer replaced this part and my Zir is smooth again

Mine did this, after almost a month of trying various solutions, it was the updated V panel causing the issue. Roland reverted it back to the older one, hasn't had a problem since.
