Anyone printing crown and bridge yet? If so, was the outcome successful and what printer do you use/material. Cheers!

Is this a light cure process or do you do you have to sinter? Very interested in the workflow.

all light cure....
it has a 20 min cure..
I'm working with it quite a bit as well as talking with their testing lab..

initially, I was doing a recoat at the 10 min mark.. and may still stick to that..

cure for 10 more

cure for another 15 on the 20 cycle
de-sprue and polish with wow, or glaze with any light cure..
tonight I ordered cremage incisal to work with, I almost ordered the LightArt kit as well but am trying to "hold out" for obvious reasons..

the implant temp above was bonded into place after simply coring out the crown and bonding it back in with liquid sculpture worked awesome.. work with it at the half way mark.. run it for another 20.. IMO, this would be the way to bond in a full arch

from what I understand, Pac-Dent is working on a stain/glaze kit to apply at the half way mark.. I am very interested in this for obvious reasons, the main reason being, this stuff is awesome....

and.. this is the perfect material to print the ruins of the lost city of Atlantis, drop it in an epoxy resin table and light thru the marble from underneath... that'll happen soon.
