What are you using to fix the metal sleeves to the guide?

I just did my first one and used light cure resin. Anyone have a better solution?

Do you sandblast the outside of the sleeve for a better bond? Never done one, I'm curious, too.
I did not, but I think that is a good idea.

Mine are always friction fit never have an issue.

This is my experience too. Using Blue Sky Bio sleeves, you may have to play with design parameters to get a tighter fit.
Those are the ones I am using.

if not friction fit....LC for sure. and lightly blast the outside for a better bond.
def dont use super glue and accelerators for intraoral use. smh

I hold a soldering iron in the sleeve after its seated in the guide until the sleeve heats enough to melt the surrounding plastic to it
