Partial denture wax pattern, milling or printing?

Hi guys, wanna know your thought about cobalt chrome wax pattern, do you prefer by milling wax disc or by printing castable resin ? And why ?

I have never heard of a wax pattern being milled from a disc.

Maybe the printed one is more time efficient
He is a high end partial denture frame specialist, Probably charges 500+ a frame. Niche clientele, niche market. If you are looking for any sort of volume milling wouldn't be the way to go. Mills are expensive, they need to make x dollars an hour worth of profit. Milling wax to cast for a 1-200 dollar frame is charity work at best.
