Well... He had a few Ideas. And he admitted that the 'Prime lines' are real. According to him we have to increase holding time in order to get rid of em... We will see.

How much longer?

edit: I doubt any additional hold time is going to be able to make up for that transition area of a 3y zirconia into a 5y, no matter how they tried to blend it?
Maybe I'll be proven wrong?

He mentioned 30 min. But you are most probably correct, re increase holding time and subsequent improvement... Have in mind, he is my local Ivoclar rep, no tech or support person...

I tried everything to sinter fully for a thick crown. At the end, i returned 11 discs.

thin single crown is no problem.
