Shade conversion W?

I have a case in that I am being asked for a shad "W" (lower 6 unit Zr bridge) . I have checked out Travis's great shade conversion thread from way back in 2008 but it doesn't have it on there.

Does anyone know what would be the Vita equivalent or which shade guide the W belongs to.

Probably used the Dentsply Esthet-X Guide...... Matching it to OM2 or OM3 should be close.

That's great, I've just been checking our records and we have done a case for him a couple of years ago done in OM1...he sent us the shade tab for that job but has since lost it!!
