Or have the ability to scan one and send me the .stl file to make one.

Doh! Sorry I didn't read the first part of this page.

Although this page contains the dimensions of the attachment and someone handy with a CAD drawing program could possibly duplicate it for print and cast??

Im good with cad design. I need more I info. Tapper angle on internal and ideal gap on ring section. Just haven't used enough of these. May be no option but to have the doctor replace the root cap with something new.
