We just received Polident's latest PMMA Full Denture discs and I have to say, we and those dental professionals that have seen it are very impressed.

Take a look at the images, I think you might be too. Shades are A1, A2 and A3 in 30mm discs.

They are available at our web-store for 95.25/disc.

Maybe you have to see it in person to be impressed..? Maybe a facial shot? Is this what aspen dental uses?

Yes, I agree.
These images came from what was published in their catalog. I am working on better ones and will post them when available.

Polident's latest PMMA Full Denture discs
Kinda not convincing me... I can see this being used in provisionals or conversion prosthesis.
Things have to line up perfectly in order to not have either pink teeth or white gum...

This reminds me of an immediate a dentist I worked for made years ago. He took an alginate impression of the maxillary , poured tooth color cold cure where the teeth were and sprinkled pink cold cure acrylic for the rest. The tooth color showed like this example, only the one here is shiny, the doc had to put glaze on his.

It looks like a duplicate denture that the tooth shade acrylic wasn't trimmed back.... not impressed.

Yeah, I definitely get it.
Thanks to all responding, Your feedback is most welcome.
We have examples the we actually milled on our 5X400.
I will take some pics and post these images "as machined".
I would love to hear more feedback.
Thanks

literally what is the point of milling a denture like this if you have to add all of the important parts like the gingiva contour and enamel and then reline it?

8/10 for effort
minus several million for good thinking.

I was initially very unimpressed with this concept. But the more I think about it the more I am intrigued for the application of the temporary immediate denture. You don’t want them to look too good, for the patient will not be as motivated to complete their course of treatment.
I am on the way to Wixom this weekend for training and him anxious to see them.
