Rutherford Dental is proud to announce a new addition to our zirconia lineup, AG Ceramill Zolid FX Multilayer. They come in shades:
      B0-B3
      A0-A4
      C1-C2
      D2-D3

This material is an outstanding alternative to lithium disilicate. With multiple layers in each crown we are able to achieve the most aesthetic and natural looking zirconia tooth yet. This material can be used in the anterior region and up to a 3 unit bridge in the posterior.

Paul is it slow up there? When did you decide to accept files from labs?

I do like this material as well waiting on the D2 disk

Its been up and down depending on the week. We've been accepting files for probably about 6 months now. With using pre-shaded disks we felt it was worth it to mill out for a few labs

      They are grouped

      A0/A1
      A2/A3
      A3.5/A4
      B0/B1
      B2/B3
      C1/C2
      D2/D3

They come in 16mm thickness which I feel is thick enough for 2 shades. If they were only 14mm I don't think it would work.

From what I understand zolid fx is not rated for bridges.. Anyone know otherwise..? Ive done one anterior, but not worth risking for me.

The other thing I dont like is you can see the transition layers, even in the pic of the bridge above, that might look like a layer cake on an anterior bridge..

Cool, I was mistaken about the bridges, unless they changed the indications...

Hi Affinity, on the Ceramill FX ML, the indication it's always been up to 3 units into the molar region.
