On a single molar scan I just got in, the 'show distance' feature is showing false intersections. Most of the occlusion is showing purple/ strong incursion to the opposing, but the opposing model scan clearly isn't hitting there.

Any ideas?

Screen shot? I'm guessing something is wrong with the mesh or coordinates

I went ahead and just eyeballed it. I tried exiting and reloading the scan, but same thing. Its happened once before.

Not everything that comes from iTero is right 100% of the time. If you call you can get a new set of STL files. Just a p.i.t.a.

I had one come in today where the adjacent contact was a total mess. We imported it again with the same results. The original Itero file looked fine but after importing things went bad.

I've also had some of the issues you spoke of as well. Stuff happens, but overall it's pretty consistent.
