Could be multiple things. First thought is not enough condensing. Could also be too high entry temp.
I would try firing a thin layer of base dentin before doing your final build.
Hope this helps.

Are you sure you used the correct build-up liquid?

And with a Thin blade, cut through to the frame separating the units to avoid tears.

Yes I have used vita build up liquid
My step is
1. Liner with 970
2. Akzent stain and interno with 900
3. Dentine and enamel with 910
Then bang!!

Why need condensing ? As I know don't let ceramic dry when you build up, right?

You need to condense when you are done building up before placing it in the oven. Don't let anyone fool you.

You might want to check for air pockets between the centrals before you do another bake.

You'll also notice the porcelain will be more vital with less pits

You should condense as you go,just don't dry it completely since you can't add wet porcelain to dry porcelain.when you are all done then condense really well. Make sure your program and oven are up to par. They are so many factors that can influence this, make sure the porcelain has the right consistency .

Less porcelain with more bakes
Do an interproximal bake only
Don't slice it.
Then do another bake to full contour, not bigger.
Then do a 3rd bake to finalize the shape you want.
No grinding until the end,not in between bakes.
