Hello Guys:

I am making screw retained wax rims using triad base plate for all on 4 case. When the denture is invested and the wax melts away, will the triad also melt away.

And how do the titanium cyclinders stay in place and don't move around while acrylic is hardening with denture teeth.

Actually I am making a acrylic hydrid on non engaging ti cyclinders ( no bar)

Sorry guys I am new to acrylic work

Sam

I meant bite rims. Won't let me edit the heading of the post.

No, the Triad won't melt away. I advise against investing it.
Are you going from bite registration straight to process or are you trying in the set up on a screw retained base?

The triad meterial will not melt or soften. Use a second set of analogs screwed on to the cylinders when you invest the wax up

Gonna do a try in with teeth on the screw retained triad rim.

Verify the cast with a verification jig? You may have done it...

If you already secured the Triad directly to the abutment/Ti - bases, you are going to have fun digging
those out after investment and boiling out the teeth . . . and I won't try to process PMMA onto a Triad base either.
Sorry.
