Has anyone tried TiBases with casted frames. Means instead of Zr a CoCr casted frame cemented to TiBase. Any opinions?

No different than using a stock abutment instead of a ti base.

There was another thread going here recently about using multiple metals and the galvanic reactions that can occur especially on base metals...not sure where CoCr fits on that scale but its worth checking out

Seems like a great alternative. CoCr works fine, you can check it out with Bego.

Thx for your replies. The resultant combination screw retained frame will give better fits similar to milled frames, maybe better. And no CAD CAM is required.
