Y'all know that there are three different kinds of Yankees don't you... 1st kind is the Yankee that stays up north. 2nd kind is the damn Yankee who comes down south to visit, and the 3rd kind is the GD Yankee, who comes down here and STAYS!!!!

You forgot the version 3.1 that stays and complains about how everything is better up north.

had a similar situation last year. guy wanted $30/hr and said he was a former lab owner specializing in high end ceramics. gave him a 2 single posterior molars, a 3 unit bi/molar bridge, and 2 single centrals to see what he could do.

in 2 and a half days

end result....i stripped the 3 unit bridge, did 2 more bakes plus stain and glaze on the molars, and cut 25% of the bulk off the centrals before adding another fire (and then glazing).

seriously. two and a half days and nothing was even ready to be glazed. its no wonder there arent many quality labs left. $30/hr? give me a break, it wasnt worth what i paid to fly him out and put him up.
