Temporary Implant Bridge

I haven't fabricated a temp like this before. The pics show the models I received. One is showing the denture we will eventually replace. The doctor is requesting that I fabricate a temp bridge from 22-26. He also wants me to hollow out the areas around the two implants so he can reline around a couple of stock abutments. Is this a normal request for a temporary? If so, how do I set it up on my 3 Shape for design with no preps? Thanks!

Wax in some mock abutments to take the shape of the drs stock abutments.
Scan it as a pmma bridge and let the dr reline the holes you created.
The healing caps should give you a good idea of the angle and diameter of the holes required.
That's what I would do.
