SUPER-FURNACE!!! (Sintering)

I have not seen it yet, but I saw the crate.

My new SUPER-FURNACE has arrived at the airport today.

175lb Monster. I believe it can hold up to 200 units, and I expect cycles under 2hrs!

I am going to have it Idle at High Temp, and gently raise the cool platform (15min rise up)....soak 1.5hrs....then lower (15 min cool)


Custom paint (I hope) and custom element design and arrangement.

Custom size elevator platform, etc.

I hope it is not a POS! LOL

I'll post pics tommorow after Customs clears it. Been waiting weeks for the first Proto to be built for me.

Elements on all Four walls, not just Two walls. Symetrical chamber and sealed roof. (OK, maybe a small vent somewhere? ) Even heat distribution and wider true temp zone. I don't like the round elevator Furnaces....Mine is a big Rectangle to hold Six trays, then six more on top. Each Tray can probably hold around 20-25 units.

I can promise you that you have not seen this style furnace yet. And most certianly not for this price!

Sorry for the delay....

I went to get it on Mon...but stupid Holiday had the Customs people off for day.

Then, yesterday, the paperwork was delayed...I hope to post pics today.

I now this the oven weighs around 235lbs! How am I going to pick it up?

We will do fullContour in also under 2hrs. The high temp soak time will not be any different from others. Just super fast rise and cool. More like a porcelain oven.

That is a 15" tall 2 Liter bottle sir.

The furnace is over 5'6" tall and about 500lbs!

Not exactly a bench-top model.

It was scary as all hell trying to get the crate out of truck!


7000 watts of pure hell-fire at normal operation. A 20 amp/230V breaker won't work. I found that out already. Had to call the electrician for a little upgrade again.

Electricity is included in my Ten year agreement with Landlord. LOL

I didn't have any serious machines when I signed that. Now I bet I suck 2x my rent in electricity!! It's pretty funny too me.
