      So the patient says to me "Maybe you can feel it with your tongue, you know disinfect or something ... well maybe not". I usually use the diskoid end of a lecron carver to find nodules and shrarp edges.

      I'm not sure this is an idea I cotton to, but it seems like it's catching on.

      Always have used the right pinkie for this, only finger without callouses on most of us.
