I have to press C1 inlays what ingot would be the best tooth not discoloured

What system are you using, emax? I would then say a V1 (MTB1) and do any staining you need to. Or, a HT BL4, staining as/if needed. I haven't done a C1 inlay with emax, so this is my best guess.

If it's emax: HT C1, translucency helps to pick up the shade of the surrounding tooth structure...

For inlays I like HT B1 for C1 shades. emax C shades are ugly.

What is the stump shade? HTC1 on ND8 works very nice, if the stump matches "B1", HT BL3 works

start keeping notes for what does & doesn't work
