Very sad, he really was a great icon and a great supporter of GP's learning how to place implants. I count myself lucky at 30 to still have a nice and hopefully long career in this business.

But it seems like more and more "icons" are passing away as the days go by.

Dr Misch's textbook was one of the first implant sources I acquired back in the late '90s.

He is a legend, his teachings will go down in history as one of the bibles for full mouth implant retained/supported restorations.
