Ok.. Getting frustrated...

Has anyone successfully operated their inlab PC from another location via VPN or by any other means?

I set up my VPN connection from home to work and logged into my inLab machine successfully, but it seems that remote desktop will not allow for the proper display settings for inLab 3D to function ( I keep getting a display settings need to be 32 bit error when I try to start inLab). I went into RDP settings and enabled full display capabilities, but it had no effect.

Perhaps another "PCAnywhere" type software or something would work? Any suggestions?

Is there anyone geekier than me who can help?!?!?:)

Any remote desktop software should allow you to control the GUI from any location.

I know webex works for most things when I need tech support.

I can control everything except for the inLab program. It won't even start up. I'll give webex a try and see how it goes. I appreciate the suggestion!

RDP 7.0

Hi,

use RDP 7.0 (32 bits support version)

You can use "Desktop remote" with Windows Seven Integral or install Windows 2008 server R2 and use AppRemote.

Work perfectly with Cerec 3.8

Great Regards
