So this time I got a stump shade of lets say somewhere between A3.5 or A4.
But my doctor send me a Shade from Ivoclar shade tap IE230 which kind of looks like A3 but with lil bit of orange in it. So basically i think i need to match somewhere around A3.5
So my question is how much does stump shade affecting the Emax crown?
I m thinking of using A3 MT thinking that Stump shade has strong A3.5 ~A4 shade that will make my A3MT emax crown look more like A3.5 with stump shade of A3.5~A4
or should i just press A3.5 LT and ignore the stump shade. Not sure how much stump shade is affecting the crowns. Any advices are appreciated!

Which tooth are you restoring?
How much room do you have?
The material thickness is the key to answering this question.
are you layering or going full contour?

Its gonna be lower molar with a lot of clearance. so it should be really thick. and going full contour.

get some stump material if need be
but if its super thick and full contour, more than likely MT ingot will block it out with ease. i do it daily with MT ingots, zero issues.

MT a2 or MT a3. Will get you there. The value can drop on the a3 so I would go a2 but that's just me.
