Well it done, we can achieve probably any color your can imagine with top quality
Here a sample done for a customer, some will find it too purple ish, some will like it, some will find it too pink.
It a point of view and we will try to offer the best possible when you ask for.

For any question contact me here or by e-mail/phone,
The option will be available on our website beginning of next week.

Thanks you John,

We have worked hard to find the correct recipe to clean the titanium before processing of the anodizing.
Also the quality of the equipment used play a major part in the consistency of the color you achieve.
We are let's say proud of our work.

The posts I assume are prefab correct? drilled/tapped? You can set them at the angle to the tooth that needs support in cad? These types of add ons I assume are milled on a lathe and mass produced? Are you using a thread locker and if so how can you anodize the the post unless they are done prior to assembly? Nice work as always Bernard

I would bet that he won't spill the beans on this process...as far I can tell, you have guessed right...not sure about the treadlock method...it has to be health Canada (and FDA) approved... cannot be Loktite for sure ;)

Thanks for the good comments, John, exactly the pin are milled before and screwed, the angle can be adjusted to be in middle of the theet buccal-lingual and mesial-distal
We do not any thread locker since some customer will want to unscrew them to cut them or make some minor adjustment than replace them. But we do recommend to use one such as Bredent attachment glue as an example or anything else of this kind, it work perfectly!

As always I am available for any question just call me
