Occlusal calibration tool for 3shape

Hi friends, I have recently got occlusal calibration tool so I don't t have to scan bite .
I was trying to calibrate it. During the process it says I need to remove scan height adaptor and use transfer plate for artex. My artex plate doesn't snap on 3 shape base after removing height adaptor. Am I missing anything???
Anybody knows if there are different transfer plates for artex???

Do you have the artex transfer plates from 3Shape? The mounted models on artex plates snap on the transfer plate and that attaches to the Scanner base once you remove the scan height adapter.

I haven't been able to test it out much because it doesn't work in the Ortho Suite, it doesn't allow me to change the scan height like in the C&B module so I cant fully scan the object...
