Has anyone figured out a speed sintering cycle that works with the Nexx ZR T ...?
No one has a suggestiin for this?
..why dont you call sagemax?
He's asking in the Sagemax forum, that should count for something.
Where are ya @Brent Harvey?
aha, I see that now, but they dont really have a presence here since brent left..
look at the sirona speed fire thread.see if you can resist being sironaded ,oh yeh its a word now.
They have a speed program. I will try to post it tomorrow for you.
yes, @Brent Harvey was a great help, I don't think I was a good idea for Sagemx to let him go.
Feel free to shoot my cell a call I will go over some good cycles with you. The speed cycle that CreDes posted is good but it is only a starter point. It may need to be adjusted based on the esthetics that you get after you first cycle. It is always great to go by firing cycles of the manufacturer but most of the time they will take tweaking based on the location you are, as elevation can play a huge role on your final esthetics.
Thanks Brent. I did a couple units with the cycle listed above. 3.5 hour cycle. It worked well. I dont plan to quick sinter too often but it can be a life saver when needed.
