      Fortunately, our two clinics who want model-less happen to use Trios which obviously works with our 3Shape. 3M integrates well also 3Shape - no hiccups - but that customer doesn't want model-less. iTero IO scans have major problems with our 3Shape that even iTero cannot seem to fix. We wouldn't be able to go model-less with a doc who scans with iTero.

      That's the mega lab's bet. I'd bet the manufacturers of the I/O scanners will bypass even them and fully automate the low end work. No human will touch the restoration until seated in the patient's mouth.
