Hi there, i have been seeing a few thread about this.
My Identica Blue Scanner has been working well without issue for 3-4months. and then start with small problem like blank camera (it is detected in my computer's device manager, but empty when scanning). in the beginning, it is easy to be solved, simple reboot will do. but after that, the problem become worse, it becomes very hard to solve, i need to reboot even 10 times and not working. all drivers are updated, engineers already teamviewer but still cannot help. anyone get this kind of problem before?
