Jel burst for pfg

Anybody using jel burst alloy for pfg? I pre soldered long span framework and it looked fine, fit perfectly. But during finishing with carbide bur it broke. No idea what causes this problem.

Where was the break? on the soldered joint or elsewhere?

Usually if a solder joint breaks during finishing it was a cold joint. Meaning the perimeter of the joint was hot enough for the solder to flash, but the center was not. Look at the joint under magnification. Does the joint look grainy?

Yes broken soldered joint was grany
