Sorry, I thought you said "Hold the MiYO" not the "Mayo"....Dang it....We are in the process of getting our first few hundred kits out the door in the next few weeks and getting these clients trained up on it......Good things coming....

I've been a Jensen customer & fan for a very long time. They could not have handled this mess any worse. It makes that other company from NY look like marketing geniuses.
So whats the word on this stuff?

I talked to Jensen last week and they said it was not available yet.
I spoke with them today. Supposed to ship to pre-order customers in the next couple of weeks.
"Hopefully by the end of the year". Webinar is being done, but will only be available for viewing if you receive the kit. Individual replacement jars not available.
Sorry for the length, but I think it's important to address so here you go:
I took the opportunity to speak directly with Danny today and he knows I am going to respond here as well. I share some of Danny's frustration in Jensen not getting MiYO out to clients earlier as well.....The reason we have not is because we have your best interests in mind, but I realize that may not have been communicated as consistently as it should have been.
Jensen will not release a product until absolutely certain it will do what we say it will do, consistently.....MiYO IS a unique material in many, many ways (And that's not marketing fluff). That's what makes it so special but it's ALSO what has made it a challenge along the way. (Kinda like the kid who's off the charts smart but is a challenge to parent). In reading Danny's comment, it's clear that we've focused our efforts internally on dialing MiYO in vs. more than managing the PR side of it.
I would like to apologize for the radio silence but in the same breath will also say that amazing things have come from our journey as well which far outweigh the delay in MiYO's release. We have installed our first round of MiYO systems this last week and are gearing up for the remainder of our initial MiYO clients (Of which Danny is one) in the next 10 days, with a commercial release rolling into January 2018. We see the light and are very excited about the feedback we are getting from clients that are using it for the first time. Soon we will be sharing more information on what MiYO is, what it isn't as well as the impact it is having on transforming monolithic restorations as we know them today.
