Attachments International used to make them and I believe Sterioss also.
Just in case these 2 no longer make them or do not have the diameter
I need - anyone knows if someone makes something to finish a 2.4mm
chimney at the seat?
Thanks,
LCM

Pretty sure Attachments international has what you need. Which fixture is it?

Thanks, sent out a request to Darwin.
Good to know about Sterngold, forgot about that altogether.
It was a WN synOcta.

Thats an internal connection implant and doesn't use a lapping tool. Lapping tools are generally used for externally hexed fixtures where the table of the fixture is flush with the base of the UCLA.

Perhaps you were asking about a Taper reamer that is used for the solid abutments for straumann fixtures and the plastic copings for these fixtures????
Straumann made a special tool to ream off the lip that was used to secure the plastic coping to snap over the shoulder of the fixture analog prior to casting.

Just trying to make sure what you actually need.

Nope, I was not looking the the reamer to take off that
lip. I know about that one, most labs do not use that and only
a rubber wheel; I prefer to use the Straumann original parts.
This is only for the occl/top end/seat where the screw engages
the flat part. Thankfully, James E at Sterngold replied
to say they still make those, but only 2.57. I need to remeasure
to make sure it would go in first.
My lab guy also said there the screw may have a little bit of a
slope to that seat.
Thanks to all who responded a thousand times.
Cheers!
