Ok, firstly thanks to Ryan Gottlieb's article that I saw online somewhere ...gave me the idea for this technique
"Waxed" up in acrylic to full contour, trimmed back to ideal setup and sent it off to be copy milled in titanium
Came back beautifully milled, checked passivity by Sheffield test...all good so applied composite opaquer, waxed up crowns and pressed in emax ...in sets of two to make life easier when cementing
Finished off crowns, primed opaquer with silane and cemented with Multilink Implant cement
and finally used GC Gradia Gum to finish tissue
Before and after
This is the second one I've made. Yes, tooth morphology could be better and they could do with a bit more "life"
First one I used HT, but got shine through of cement as crowns were too thin...so used LT this time..next one??
Patient happy though, like the technique
