Had a lot of fun with this case. Very satisfying way of doing a full arch.

DSC_0614 (2).jpgThank you for all the kind words.

Cumino, I made a bar with preps on them. The photo should make it clearer

Thanks for the photo, makes sense now

I know you have no control over implant placement, but seems like a large fulcrum on the anteriors with just the four implants on the posterior??

Great work anyway!

Nice Case. I have a Dr that wants me to give him a price for a full arch screw retained with individual emax crowns on top.
I have no where to begin with pricing.

Is it alot more work than doing the whole thing in one peice metal ceramics ?

Yes and no Al. The ceramics was a lot easier and faster than a conventional bridge. It takes me a lot longer to make a bridge look good. The frame is the hard part. It is crucial to get the "preps"and margins in the correct place. It was made with duralay inside 3 different silicone masks, scanned and milled. I have done 5 of these in the last year. Now I would say the labour time is equal to a conventional bridge. The first one I made, took a lot longer.

Very well done. Did you make plugs for the holes or is that wax for the photo?

I sure hope you guys that have this sort of talent realize it and make a very good living at it. This is easily a 8 to 10k lab bill here.

Tears just started running down my eyes with this price . I will have one like this shortly , and I can't charge more than 3k euros for that . If I do , they doc will not do that .
